The county fair at the beachside Ventura County Fairgrounds (10 W Harbor Blvd) has rides, live entertainment, fair food, contests and junior fair entries. A clear-bag policy started in 2026. The fairgrounds sit next to Surfers Point at the end of the Ventura Promenade.
