A four-day hometown festival at Ryon Memorial Park that dates to the 1950s, with a carnival, arts and crafts, food booths, live music and a Saturday-morning parade of flower-decorated floats. It's timed to the valley's flower-field season. The nonprofit Lompoc Valley Festival Association runs it.
