This quiet nature park has native desert landscaping, walking paths and benches with mountain views. The way in is a little hidden: follow the signs from Mirage Road down the driveway behind Rancho Mirage Elementary to a pedestrian bridge. Leashed dogs are allowed, but there's no playground, so it suits a short desert walk with little kids.
