This is the city's signature event, with sunrise balloon launches, tethered rides, night balloon glows, a drone light show, carnival rides, kids' activities and concerts on the Festival Lawn. Some launches happen at partner sites in Rancho Mirage, so check the schedule. All balloon activities depend on the weather.
