Great experience. The wild flowers and succulents are native to California's climate. They're beautiful, and I took too many pictures. If you're looking for scenic pictures, this is a great location. I arrived when the garden was under construction so some places were restricted, but I imagine it must be even better after renovations. There's a gift shop and plenty of parking space, at least when I went. There's also wildlife there too. I took a few close-ups of butterflies and there's a lot of insects flying about. I saw a hummingbird there as well. 😊

We visited here on Saturday morning. At the ticket booth, only after we purchased the tickets, the staff member informed us that the place was under renovation!! It was very disappointed that nothing was mentioned before buying the tickets! We paid $12 per person just to see half of the courtyard and a small pond!! The library was closed, and the garden area with the fish, flowers, and plants was also closed!! Honestly, if they had informed visitors beforehand that most sections were closed, we probably would not have gone inside at all. In my opinion, the management should have handled the situation better. Either the entire place should have been temporarily closed until renovations were completed, or at least admission should have been free or significantly discounted for such a limited visit.

This Botanical garden is not big but there are a lot of beautiful flowers. The herb garden is especially nice. In short, everything is well managed in this place.

This is a small garden area that has a library, small store and even a restaurant looking out at the garden. There’s blooming flowers full of color, green houses, koi fish pond, and welcoming staff. It was fun walking around and checking out all the trees, flowers and fish and turtles. They even have a small scavenger hunt that kids can participate in which was really fun as we walked around. The store was cute but the library was closed. There was a small patio that you can just sit and enjoy the area and the bathroom are next to the store. The restaurant seemed busy during the week around 1:00 pm. Think it would be nice to return to visit the restaurant to sit out in the patio area enjoying our meal.
