The city lists the entrance at Ocean Ave and Poppy Ave in Corona del Mar. The beach sits inside a Marine Protected Area, so nothing can be removed or collected from the pools, not even for a moment, and empty shells stay too. There is no lot: park on nearby residential streets and watch the No Parking signs, which the city says it enforces regularly.
