Isla Vista's first community-built park, in the middle of town, with a historic windmill, a large freshwater pond with ducks, herons, turtles and frogs, children's play equipment, picnic tables and restrooms. Its amphitheater hosts the district's free Movies in the Park, seasonal concerts and a Halloween pumpkin patch. It is the most kid-friendly spot in downtown IV, and mornings are quietest.
