This bright Riverside County branch on the Civic Center campus offers story times, a maker-focused Creation Station and a welcoming children's section — a genuinely comfortable place to cool off and slow down when the midday desert heat makes outdoor plans tough for the youngest kids.

This library is an absolute gem. Being part of the Riverside County Library system, if the book you are looking for is not at this branch but it is in another branch in their system, you may place a hold and they will send for the book to be delivered to this branch. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This is usually a quiet and peaceful place to read or study, unless you're here on a children's day. But I find it encouraging that families and readers of all ages are welcome here. As an added benefit the sidewalks and entrances are all ADA compliant and barrier free.

I haven’t been to the library in quite some time and I needed help! Sal helped make my experience easier and less overwhelming. He was friendly, professional, & welcoming.

This library is the only one in the CV to be open all 7 days of the week. Nestled back in the La Quinta Cove, this library has the best viewing of the surrounding park. Many windows and high open ceilings bring in the natural light. There is a nice childrens section and outdoor seating and ample spots to recharge your batteries!

Visited the MakerSpace area and the employees are amazing. They offer great classes ( I.e., 3D printing, soldering, laser cutting, and many more). They are super helpful and once you take the classes you can work on projects on your own.

Great space for kids and adults alike. Spacious and clean. Very well organized and lots of variety, which is exactly what you're looking for in a library. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it for an activity for kids or toddlers.
