  Juan Bautista de Anza Park is an absolute lifesaver for letting the kids burn off some energy! The best part is that there are two separate playgrounds, which is super convenient so the areas don't get too overcrowded. One section is perfect for older, more adventurous climbers, while the other is great for the little ones just starting to explore. The park is spacious and nice and shady, with plenty of picnic tables to hang out at. Whether you're bringing the kids to run around or just meeting up with friends for a relaxing afternoon, it’s a really great spot.

  Our church group was having a cookout and gathering at Juan Bautista Park this Saturday, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tresa for the exceptional customer service she provided. We stopped by her office to ask about using the pickleball courts, which were locked when we arrived. Tresa took the time to explain why the courts were locked and walked us through the situation in a clear, professional, and respectful way. Her explanation was so thorough and thoughtful that, honestly, we would have been completely satisfied even if the answer had been no. Instead of stopping there, Tresa told us she would reach out to her manager to see if there was a way to accommodate our group. She didn’t make any promises, but she committed to finding out and getting back to us. A few minutes later, she came out to let us know that we would be able to use the courts. What impressed me most was not that we got access to the courts—it was the way Tresa handled the entire interaction. She listened, communicated clearly, followed through on what she said she would do, and genuinely cared about helping us have a great experience. She even made sure we had the equipment we needed and asked if we needed additional balls. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Tresa delivered a level of service that exceeded all expectations. Her professionalism, initiative, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile had a significant impact on our group. Because of her efforts, we left with a great impression of the park and are looking forward to coming back in the future. Please make sure Tresa receives the recognition she deserves. She is an outstanding representative of your organization and made our day better simply by the way she chose to serve others.

  i was expecting just a basic neighborhood park with the usual slide and swings but this place is way bigger than i thought with all these wide open fields and even a nice little pond area which is so much nicer for letting kids just run arround, we ended up staying for like two hours becuase everyone was having so much fun. the playground equipment looked brand new and super clean, my kid didnt want to leave. its really shady too so you dont get roasted if you’re there midday which is huge for us california folks. definitely coming back soon, already planning our next trip there.

  It was my first time. I came to play with my nephew and hang out with family. There is a parking lot. There is a small rock climbing section for ages 5 to 12. There were two playgrounds. I saw a basketball court and some pickle ball court, but it was locked. This may be only available for residents or closed due to MLK as it was closed. There was an open section for running. I saw two playgrounds and a section for swings. There are two areas for sitting and picnicking.

  Great park for kids, families, and dogs. Easy parking. Beautiful mountain backdrop. Clean bathrooms. Picnic tables that can be reserved. Allow bouncy houses. Two play areas with swings. The smaller area is gated for kids. Gated basketball area that kids also play hockey on. Climbing area for older kids. Green space for dogs to run. Splash pad that turns on in the summer.
