Plan your visit to Camarillo Premium Outlets
Researched from the venue and public sources, not a first-hand visit. How we write these
- How long to spend
- With nearly 160 stores spread across three sections, plan several hours if you want to cover the whole property.
- Best time to go
- Weekdays are easier for parking and less crowded; on weekends, arrive early. Black Friday brings overflow parking in dirt lots behind the stores.
- Parking & getting there
- Parking is free across several lots. The Main Court lot gives easy access to both the original outlets and the Fashion Court across Camarillo Center Drive, while The Promenade section to the west, toward Las Posas Road, has its own lots.
- Best ages
- The Promenade has a playground near Wetzel's Pretzels for kids who need a break, and strollers can be rented in the breezeway next to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the Food Court in Main Court.
- Food
- Main Court has a Food Court, and The Promenade has Panera Bread, Loru's Cafe, Cracker Barrel, and Chick-fil-A, with Chipotle, Finney's Crafthouse, and others nearby.
- What to bring
- Sun protection and water; the center is open-air, so you walk outside between stores and sections.
- Rain or heat plan
- Since the center is open-air, a hot or rainy day means a lot of time outside between stores. The CAF SoCal Wing Aviation Museum, less than two miles away, is an indoor hangar alternative.

Camarillo premium outlets is not so premium. It does have many good brands, but not the top premium fashioned like that of Dessert premium outlets . The food hall is good and can be a nice stopp on the highway.

Camarillo Premium Outlets has been a well-known shopping destination in Ventura County for decades, and it continues to be one of the most popular outlet centers in Southern California. Over the years it has expanded significantly, growing from a modest outlet mall into a massive, beautifully designed shopping campus that attracts locals, tourists, and serious bargain-hunters alike. What makes this place stand out is the incredible variety of stores. You’ll find everything from everyday favorites to a huge selection of luxury and designer brands. High-end names like Prada, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Burberry, and Michael Kors consistently draw shoppers who want premium goods at outlet prices. Beyond luxury labels, the center also offers a wide mix of well-known stores including Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, Coach, Kate Spade, Levi’s, and many more, making it easy to find something for every style and budget. People come here not only for the shopping, but also for the overall experience. The outlets offer plenty of dining options — from quick bites to sit-down restaurants — making it a great place to spend part of the day or even the whole afternoon. The walkways are spacious, the layout is easy to navigate, and the atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming. Overall, Camarillo Premium Outlets is one of those places that truly has it all: history, variety, great deals, and a wide selection of both luxury and popular brands. If you love shopping or simply want a fun destination to explore and dine, this spot is absolutely worth the visit.
