AI summary of 4 Google reviews — not a first-hand visit. How we write these
Mostly gardens and grounds to wander, with plaques to read and free parking. Tours inside the house cost a small amount and reviewers rate them worth it, but the house is not open every day, so check before setting out. It is heavily booked for weddings and events, which can close parts of it off.
An 1892 Queen Anne Victorian with a big red barn, gardens, and grassy grounds — docent house tours plus room to roam make for a gentle history outing.

We went on a day where the house was closed to view, but my grandfather and I had a lovely time sitting in the garden areas and reading the plaques while walking around. Peaceful atmosphere with beautiful flowers and other foliage. Will definitely be going back.

Attending a wedding here for the first time and it was a wonderful venue. The grounds were incredible and the location easy to get to with ample parking for guests. An outdoor garden setting for the wedding, cocktail hours in a different outdoor setting, followed by the reception inside the big red bard. Loved the lighting with rustic, yet simple vibes. I would love yo attend another event here!
