A park with a splash pad, playground equipment, three lighted basketball courts, a horseshoe court and a small barbecue and picnic area — a good cool-off for young kids in Imperial Valley heat. Go before midday in summer, since playground surfaces get very hot and shade is limited.

A five-acre downtown park with large shade trees, a fountain, turf areas, the Kiwanis Kiosk and a Veterans Memorial Wall of Honor. It has served the community for over 80 years and is one of the few genuinely shaded spots in town on a hot day.
