Sunset Cliffs is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in Southern California. The views are absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. It’s the perfect place to relax, watch the waves, and enjoy the ocean. Just be careful near the edge, the cliffs really are unstable. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in San Diego!

Follow Sunset Cliff Boulevard to see all the major attractions along the way. Start at the intersection of Adair Street and head south. You could hike or drive. There will be plenty of parking if you choose to go on a weekday instead of a weekend. However, I did not encounter any rest room along the way. There are neither enough secluded areas for you to relieve yourself discreetly. So prepare yourself for that. The landscape along the shore is breathtaking - must see. However, there are no fences around the area. It could pose a danger to those who have mobility problems. If you lose your balance there will be a chance that you will fall in the water. I don’t recommend this place for the elderly and people with disabilities.
