A long beach with both ocean and calm bay sides, linked by pedestrian tunnels under Highway 75. The bay side is gentler for small kids. As of Oct 25, 2026, the county has the ocean side closed to water contact due to Tijuana River sewage (since Oct 9); bay sites are not closed. Dogs are not allowed on the beach.
