A weekly stop for us. The girls go for new fashion and sneakers at JD Sports, and Din Tai Fung is the non-negotiable — we wait however long it takes. Handily, JD and Din Tai Fung are in the same wing, so one of you can queue while the others shop. I'll admit to trying on watches I have no intention of buying at Omega, Panerai and Bucherer. It's always busy and it's unapologetically a luxury mall, but there's genuinely something here for everyone.
💡 Local tip: Put your name in at Din Tai Fung first and shop while you wait — the wait is real, and the rest of the wing is right there.

If you want the best of the best, South Coast Plaza is it. Every major brand you can think of, LV, Chanel, Gucci, is here in one place. The mall is huge and very well-maintained. But the real highlight of my trip was the LEGO Store. We’ve been hunting for the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D since it launched in December, and it’s been sold out everywhere. We walked in, and they actually had 2 left! After months of waiting, we finally got it. If you're a collector, this is the spot to check when everywhere else is dry. Incredible day!

This is an extremely upscale, beautifully designed mall with almost every luxury brand you can think of. The layout, architecture, and overall vibe feel very high-end and polished - it’s an experience as much as it is a shopping destination. One tip: Park near the stores you plan to visit. The mall is big, and it’s very easy to underestimate the walking distance. Once you’re inside, everything feels spread out in a deliberate, elegant way, but your step counter will notice. If you enjoy luxury shopping, browsing, or just soaking in a refined atmosphere, this place is absolutely worth the visit. Just plan your parking strategically and enjoy the stroll.
