This hilltop SAMLARC park at 30082 Melinda Road has panoramic views over RSM to the Saddleback peaks, and it has a SAMLARC little library book box. The heated Altisima Pool needs a SAMLARC gate card and is residents-only. RSM parks are privately owned by the SAMLARC homeowners association; the city says most are open to the general public, but SAMLARC's guidelines reserve its facilities for residents and guests, and picnic-shelter permits go to residents only.
