An 80-foot waterfall into a pool, reached by a 5.5-mile round trip from a trailhead in San Diego Country Estates, with about 1,800 feet of climbing on the way back. Everyone must be named on the permit, adults need photo ID, and no permits are sold at the trailhead. Jumping and climbing on the cliffs is banned, and the Forest Service rates it moderate to strenuous and not for beginners.
