Goleta's free splash pad sits in this Old Town park at 170 S. Kellogg Ave, alongside a playground, shade and seating, picnic tables, restrooms, basketball, pickleball and bocce. The splash pad is closed for the season until Memorial Day weekend and closes every Wednesday for maintenance. On-site parking is limited, so arrive early on hot days.
