The city's Fourth of July at Brengle Terrace Park ends with fireworks at 9 pm. Moonlight Amphitheatre seats cost $5 at the gate, and the lot fills, so arrive early. Pets and alcohol are not allowed, and all personal fireworks are illegal in Vista, including "safe and sane."
