Brengle Terrace Park
Vista, CA

Vista's flagship park spreads across rolling hills with playgrounds, picnic ramadas, ball fields and shady trails, plus it's home to the Moonlight Amphitheatre and the botanical gardens. Pack a picnic and make an afternoon of it — in summer, families spread out on the amphitheatre lawn for the Moonlight Stage musicals under the stars.

Swung by at Sunrise for a walk with my dog Rosie and enjoyed this park. There’s lots of greenery, beautiful mature trees, and plenty of picnic tables scattered throughout the area. Also a big playground for kids. It feels peaceful in the morning and is a nice place to get a little fresh air. There’s a cool America sign and the grounds seem well maintained and welcoming. The only downside was the bathrooms could use some cleaning. Other than that, it’s a pleasant neighborhood park with free easy parking right off the road, and a great place to walk by yourself, with others or with your dog. 🇺🇸🌿🐾

I want to give this park a 5 star review.... But LATELY, the bathrooms are gross gross, no TP, no soap and no paper towels or working dryers anymore...... The tables by the moonlight entrance are always filthy nowadays. The tables by the playground are broken and dangerous. The grills are all broken now and can't be used. We used to LOVE grilling, disc golfing, basketball, etc. , etc. But now it's just G R O S S ....... VISTA YOU NEED TO FIX OUR FAVORITE PARK 😤

Nice nature trail connecting 2 parks. Cool light bike ride for young kids or beginners. Very big park. Although with the disc golfers, It can get busy and a little crowded. Very neat botanical garden at the top of the hill. Fire works for 4th of July. Cool spot
