A 990-foot stress-ribbon footbridge across Lake Hodges just west of I-15, linking Rancho Bernardo's Bernardo Bay and Piedras Pintadas trails to the Coast to Crest Trail. It's flat and wide, which suits strollers and kids on bikes. Park at the Bernardo Bay staging area and follow the bike path down; no fishing or horses on the bridge.
