    I love this place it is so soothing and peaceful not very crowded. Beautoful creatures such as igrets geese eagles falcons squirrels and others. Lake is peaceful sunset is beautiful a nice place to bbq and read a novel and lay on the grass at nights when sun goes down.

    First time visiting the park on Easter Sunday. Restrooms very clean in the early morning. The park rangers were very communicative about the rules of the park and let us know if we need garbage bags for trash to please wave them down. Since it was a special day First come first serve kinda deal so make sure to get there early to set aside your grill/tables. Overall beautiful open areas perfect for family and pets. The trails are beautiful to walk around and people fishing by the lake. Just caution when crossing through because of the smaller areas and incoming cars.
