A huge MRCA preserve (the former Ahmanson Ranch) of grassy valley oak hills with wide fire roads for hiking, biking and horseback riding. The Calabasas trailhead is at the north end of Las Virgenes Canyon Rd and the main West Hills entrance is at the west end of Victory Blvd. There's little shade, so go on a cool morning, especially in spring when it's green.
