Children's Pool in La Jolla is such a unique spot, you get to see seals right there on the sand or swimming close to shore. You can actually swim there too, and sometimes the seals get pretty close, though you should always keep a safe distance since they're wild animals. Just watch out for the waves, they can catch you off guard if you're not paying attention, and the water is pretty cold. A really cool experience overall, definitely worth a visit.

Children’s Pool was such a cool experience and easily one of the highlights of our San Diego trip. Seeing the seals and their babies relaxing on the beach up close was something we will never forget. The views were beautiful and the whole area had such a peaceful coastal atmosphere. Definitely a must visit spot if you are in La Jolla and enjoy marine life and scenic ocean views.
