Spring Valley County Park

Spring Valley, CA

★★★★4.2(532 Google reviews)

A shady county park with two playgrounds, a basketball court, twenty-six picnic tables and a looped walkway where seven laps make a mile. It shares a lot with the community center, so weekday mornings get busy with programs — late afternoon is calmer.

This park is family/pet friendly. I loved it. Very handi-cap accessible. The bathrooms were clean. Some people come to work out, some to walk their dogs, and other people let their kids play on the playground. I would definitely go back!!!

Very well maintained and clean. There are stationary well-being points that inform you on mental health awareness, bone/joint pain and coping with stress. Plenty of ample parking 🅿️, clean restrooms 🚻 (Closed after 6:00 inp.m.), recently renovated playground and fenced in basketball court. Just across the way the Community Center is located along with a daycare and senior center.

When staying in your car for a travel assignment you definitely need a distraction. This place is my go to spot after work. I sleep here, use the restroom and picnic on the tables. I walk on the path to distract all the stress I have going on in my life. This park and Cholla Park are my saving grace. 🧡

Great park. My son and I loved it. Its a gated playground. With 3 different slides for different ages. Its clean. No bums. Has a restroom but not soap.

Kids playground is awful!!! All the time was a weed smell, a lot of homeless outside of this place, but they smoke non stop, so your kid smells it!
