Sportsplex USA Santee
Santee, CA

★★★★★4.5(656 Google reviews)
A commercial sports complex next to Town Center with batting cages, courts and youth leagues — the practical rainy-day or hundred-degree-day option in Santee. It's pay-per-activity rather than open play, so check what's bookable before driving over.

Good size, plenty of room, can get packed on big tournaments, Nice and clean friendly staff. Clean and plenty of bathrooms. Great snack bar with good options and plenty of beer to select from.

I don't think the sportsplex can be replicated. The vibe is family-friendly. The fields are in good shape, and the competition is real. There is a less competitive league and you can tell the difference. The facility and the layout are awesome. The snack center offers great service, but the line can get a little long. The parking lot is medium-sized, filling up quickly. Batting cages machines are OK but can use an upgrade. I look forward to softball nights; Win or Lose it's always FUN!

TSA bag check is overboard searching for food and drinks. You cannot bring food or drinks in for athletes, instead you have to stand in a long line to get a soggy chick fil a sandwich or other super unhealthy alternatives. Fields are nice but the food policy is greedy and not in the best interest of child athletes imo.

I come here all the time with my daughter to play soccer. She used to play soccer on a team here and then she moved up to club level. We come here a lot just a train. It's always a great experience and I love coming here. I'd recommend this for everyone.

For as much action as this place sees, it is very clean, easy to get around, no matter if you're there for baseball, soft ball, or soccer -there is good seating to watch a game. Plus the snack bar is really good here with various drink options (adult and kid), food (pizza, nachos, dogs, chicken tenders, and more), in and out door seating, and TV's inside.
