The library is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. I also had the opportunity to browse through their collection of books, and I was pleased with the variety available. Whether you're into fiction, non-fiction, or something more specific, they have a great selection. I even picked up a few books that I'm really excited to start reading. Overall, I highly recommend the Diamond Bar Library for anyone looking for a peaceful place to read, study, or even explore new books. The welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff make it a pleasant experience, and I will definitely be returning soon!

The front desk staff member was a man who seemed indifferent and was not clear or helpful when I asked where to find the librarian. He was sitting at the desk and responded in a dismissive manner, simply saying something like “go there, go further” without clearly pointing out where I should go or making sure I understood. His tone felt somewhat rude, and I ended up not being able to find the librarian. I would have appreciated a more patient, clear, and professional response from someone working at the front desk.

The library closed at 6. There was a very rude female staff member who said, "I need you to leave now." She stood next to me, forcing me to leave immediately. I looked at the time; it was only 5:51. I could have wrapped up my things in one minute. I just needed one more minute to consider a question. I was very angry at being interrupted, especially by someone so rude. This wasn't the first time she had been rude. She could have said it in a polite way, but she didn't. She does not have the ability to perform her job well. If she is being rude and discriminatory towards Asians, then she shouldn't work in a place where people are looking for peace of mind. She was a fifty-year-old woman, non-Asian, wearing a jade green T-shirt on Saturday, 12/13/2025.

Very modern and new library at Diamond bar. It’s at the top of the hill. Librarians are friendly.

I'm not sure if I appreciate the only library employee this morning, who was a lady with long hair and glasses at the front desk (Monday, July 6, 2026 at 10 am) who proceeded to tell me to go ahead and stay behind the desk after asking me to be careful. I was just trying to show her my incorrect email on file on my phone, and everything was blocking the view, including the two hp computer monitors and transparent plexiglass barrier
