  A warning to all future visitors, the park closes as soon as it gets dark, not 6:30 like it says on here. If you are not out of the parking lot by the time the sun is set, they WILL lock you in. And maybe even get mad at you as if you're a misbehaving kid, even if it's your FIRST time here. Regardless, it is a very beautiful place to hike and climb. I would still highly recommend it.

  I really like this Horseman Center Park pretty nice spot to go around for a hike a jog or a run have a little park for the kids and also love when all the horse owners bring out all the beautiful horses pretty cool they need to do a better job with keeping up with the porta potties is my only complaint not for me but for the ladies and the kids for me I don't care but if ladies are going to go down and might have to use the restroom you might want to take your own toilet paper and hand sanitizer

  Came out for a RC rock crawling event. The facilities are nice. No power or water hookups for campers. The event hosts had portable toilets brought in.

  For over 30 years, this is one of my favorite places to go wander around and hike through the rocks with friends and family, even the little tiny ones. When I was a teenager, we used to watch BMX races, and to this day, around the foot of the mountain, you can still see a lot of dirt bikes and off-road vehicle excitement. But don't worry, because of the rocks it surrounds, the dirt at the base is very heavy sand so it doesn't create too much dust. And when I was in my twenties, I remember seeing rock climbing tie offs drilled into the side of the tall rocks... I traveled over 900 miles to visit my roots, and couldn't leave without going to Horseman Center, but I didn't go so far to see if the rock climbing tie offs are still there. But YOU should go see if you can find them! IT BEAUTIFUL THERE! Enjoy! (And keep it clean!)

  If you like the outdoors you can easily lose yourself at this place for hours. Take water, preferably a camelback for free arms, use gloves so your hands wont hurt from holding on to the rocks, sunblock, and definitely food, energy bars, nuts. Be safe most of all and keep your eyes open for "permanent" campers. A good safety precaution is to carry maze. This is a beautiful place please pack out what you pack in. And please please no graffiti. (Go to Graffiti falls in Riverside for that.)
