A 3-acre slice of San Gabriel Valley pioneer history founded by the Hurst family in 1906, with a restored barn, pump house, and home from the area's walnut- and orange-growing days. A genuinely kid-friendly little museum showing early-1900s ranch life before the orchards became neighborhoods. Public hours are limited and it's volunteer-run, so call ahead to confirm an open day.

Very disappointing experience as a neighboring resident. Hurst Ranch has repeatedly hosted extremely loud events that can be heard clearly inside nearby homes, often lasting for long hours and continuing late night. The noise has significantly disrupted our ability to enjoy and rest in our own homes. Being an event venue does not excuse a complete lack of consideration for the surrounding residential community. A responsible business should balance its operations with respect for the people who live nearby. Unfortunately, Hurst Ranch has shown little respect for its neighbors and the repeated noise has become a serious nuisance. I hope the management will finally take responsibility, reduce the noise, and be a better neighbor to the community.
