I loved this Library and the place holds City Hall and Los Angeles County all in same place. The atmosphere is great with all beautiful ❤️ trees 🌴🌲 around. The restroom 🚻 in the library needs a code to access which you can get it from the staff.

The West Covina Library offers a wide variety of books and plenty of room to study, on the first floor, there are several study arras with many tables and free computers available, most tables have outlets for charging devices, the library also has a children's area on the second floor and an elevator, the internet is average and it can be a bit slow, but overall it's a quiet and uncrowded place

Oh my goodness. I must admit that one finds themself in no such predicament or inner turmoil, but rather an utter loss of words for the expression of quality and dignity of this esteemed establishment like none other.

Great library, very clean, with a nice atmosphere inside & outside. Even tho the freeway is right next door I can't hear it & its not a factor. The front entrance of the library is beautiful & always feels like its in the shade & the trees & grass in front are fresh, well kept, clean & relaxing. The parking lot is spacious too & I never have an issue finding a spot for myself. Inside the library its very spacious which comes in handy cause this location is Always packed with people inside. & even though it is a large library sometimes I feel like they can use some more tables & chairs to accommodate all the people who come to visit. This library is so large & the funny part is I have never even been upstairs yet because that is the children's section & as of right now I do not have kids of my own yet, & so I don't have a need to go up there at the moment. But I do appreciate that the children are kept upstairs because it makes the downstairs section All the more quiet & I never hear them. Kids are great but extra noise makes it hard for me to focus. The one & probably only drawback for me so far is I find their selection of books to be a little small. I'm sure the classics are great & I'm sure they might be there but currently my tastes are a little more contemporary & I have not been able to find books that I am interested on more than one occasion. But I get it, there are faaar too many books in the world for any one library to have them all. This library is more quiet than some other local libraries which I appreciate because if I'm reading, extra noise does distract me quickly & easily. The people who work there are nice & I rarely interact with them but they are helpful & ready to help if you need them. And lastly their restrooms are nice & clean which I'm sure we All can appreciate. The amenities & everything about this library are nice & the Only reason I didn't rank it higher is because I have been to much bigger & better public libraries. But I have no serious complaints.

Nice library, friendly staff. Edit: They finally finished renovating the library in 2024. It looks nice, everything is new. New tables, chairs, carpet, computers, etc. The library is welcoming and cozy. 👏🏽👍🏽 Edit: They've been renovating this library since the beginning of the pandemic. It's been 3 years and they're still not open to the public. Every other library in the surrounding cities are open to the public. Is this library going to reopen?
