Del Norte Park

West Covina, CA

★★★★4.4(913 Google reviews)

The neighborhood go-to on a hot day thanks to its summer splash pad, plus a playground, baseball field, tennis courts, and shaded picnic tables. The water feature runs seasonally and can close for maintenance, so confirm it's on before you load up the towels. Pack a change of clothes and stake out a picnic table early on weekends.

This is a big, clean park with a great playground and a dog park where pups can meet and play 😜. What stood out to me the most is the faucet—it’s the only one I’ve seen that’s actually practical. There’s enough space to wash your hands comfortably, unlike most parks where the water streams straight down 👇 and makes it awkward to use. I really wish more parks would design their faucets this way!

Best park around. I love that there is always shade around the playground so it doesn't get too hot for the kids.

Beautiful park my boys love the rocket ship theme. They have two dog parks on the side one for small dogs, the other side for large dogs. I also see a splash pad, bathrooms, picnic tables, baseball fields and a walking path. The parks clean and we'll maintained.

I visited this dog park on a Saturday, and it was quite lively. There were lots of kids, plenty of people with their dogs, and even some birthday parties happening. The park also has a playground and two separate sections for dogs—one for small dogs and one for big dogs. However, both dog areas are mainly dirt with only small patches of grass. The lack of maintenance really stands out, as the park feels dry and could use better upkeep. That said, the park has a nice community vibe. It’s a good spot for dogs to socialize with other dogs and for owners to connect with fellow dog lovers. Overall, it’s an okay park, but regular maintenance would make it much more enjoyable.

This is one of my daughters favorite parks. Equipment is nice and very clean. Splash park is open and there's a dog park.
