This is a fun place for kids and a great way for them to burn off energy. It’s especially enjoyable for families looking for an active outing. The café pricing, however, has become quite expensive. If you visit frequently, a membership is definitely the most cost-effective option. That said, it would be helpful if they offered a multiple-sibling discount, as costs can add up quickly for families with several children. For those who only visit once or twice a year, paying per visit likely makes more sense. Be sure to bring your jump socks if you already have them, as replacements are priced at $15. While the facility itself is enjoyable, customer service could be improved. I understand that many employees may be in their first job, but a more welcoming and enthusiastic attitude would enhance the overall experience for families and children.

We absolutely love this place. Everytime we come in everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I would like to give a special shout out to Joseph who helped us out a few times we came here. He is super friendly and always has a big smile on his face. We will definitely keep coming here.
