This park is amazing! The pond really sets the tone! The walking path is great for exercise, biking, skate boarding, roller blading, and strolling. So many shaded grassy areas for blanket picnics - very romantic yet kid and pet friendly. They have restrooms in the boathouse, not the nicest but it has running water and hand soap - better than nothing! I will definitely be back!

This place was a beautiful spot to sit and relax for a while after walking a few laps around the lake to get some steps in for the day. I'd come back on a weekend and rent a paddle boat. Seems like a fun weekend activity. This would be prefect for a picnic date. Look for the animal tracks on the concrete so cute! Theres even a playground on site.
