Loma Linda sits in Inland Empire, Southern California. Nearest major airport: Ontario Intl (~20 mi / 32 km). It's roughly 57 mi (92 km) from Downtown LA and 92 mi (148 km) from San Diego — SoCal traffic can make a drive take far longer than the distance suggests, so plan around it.

Hulda Crooks Park
Loma Linda's largest neighborhood park at 11800 Mountain View Ave with a playground, lighted walking track, basketball, two lighted tennis courts and a fenced dog park with small- and large-dog sections. The track gives older kids a safe loop for scooters and bikes while little ones use the playground.
FreeLeonard Bailey Park
A roughly 9-acre park at 11555 Whittier Ave with a playground and tot area, a lighted walking track, and baseball and soccer fields under orange trees. Fields need advance reservation; groups over 50 need a permit but small family picnics do not.
FreeCitrus Trails North Park
A 6.8-acre park at 26351 Park Ave with a young-children play area, a walking path with exercise stations, pickleball, half-court basketball and two covered gazebos with tables and charcoal grills.
