  Great place to spend a fun day with the family! There are plenty of water activities for different ages, including separate areas for younger kids. Staff check height at each slide. It’s a small water park, so one day is enough to try all the slides and relax. I recommend bringing water shoes because the concrete gets very hot (it was June). Food options are limited and pretty basic, so we kept a cooler in the car — you can leave the park and come back in. Changing rooms, restrooms, and paid lockers are available. Tip: buy your tickets in advance — the earlier you book, the better the price can be. We had a great time!

  5/5 – The Best Water Park Experience in Orange County! We spent an entire Saturday here, arriving right at opening around 10:30 AM and staying until 4:30 PM—and honestly, we could have stayed even longer. If you're looking for a water park where both kids and adults can have an amazing day together, Wild Rivers absolutely delivers. Our young kid had an absolute blast. There are water attractions for every age, and the kids' play area alone can keep younger children entertained for hours. We rode nearly every major water slide (around eight different ones), and every single one was fun. My personal favorites were Boomerango—an absolute must-ride—and Constrictor (if I remember the name correctly), which turned out to be surprisingly exciting. Every slide offered something different, so it never felt repetitive. The wave pool deserves a special mention. If you've ever been to the famous wave pool at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, this felt like Orange County's version of it. I loved it. We also floated the lazy river twice, which was the perfect way to relax between rides. Since it was a Saturday, I expected overwhelming crowds. While the park was definitely busy, it never felt overcrowded. We had no trouble finding lounge chairs, walking around comfortably, or enjoying the attractions. Parking was also easy. Parking Tip: There are both $25 and $35 parking options. The $25 lot was completely sufficient for us, so I'd recommend saving the extra money. Food Tip (Highly Recommended!) Outside food isn't allowed inside the park, but here's the best strategy: Pack lunch in a cooler and leave it in your car. The park offers hand stamps for re-entry, so you can simply walk out at lunchtime, enjoy your homemade meal in the picnic area outside, and return to the park afterward. It saves a surprising amount of money compared to buying food inside. That said... don't leave without trying the Dole Pineapple Soft Serve. It was one of the highlights of the day and absolutely worth it. I also looked into the Season Pass, which seemed to be around $150 per person. Considering single-day admission is roughly $50, you'll probably want to visit at least five times to really make it worthwhile. I'm still debating whether we'd go that often, but it's definitely something to consider if you live nearby. Having visited several water parks over the years, I'd honestly say Wild Rivers is Orange County's premier water park. In my opinion, it's on a completely different level from Knott's Soak City, and I enjoyed it much more than Great Wolf Lodge (the indoor water park in Anaheim/Garden Grove area). The overall scale, variety of attractions, and atmosphere simply aren't comparable. We'll definitely be back!
