Beautiful Burials at Sea was such a wonderful memorial for my husband. Captain and first mate were very personable and quick to assist a few guests who were a bit ill from tough water. 😉 But the sun was shining and the beautiful basket of rose petals dispersed as we circled around it. Thank you for such a beautiful tribute to my departed fishing partner!

Very easy to find parking, the rental shop is right on the dock and there’s lots of availability for a variety of boards. But they are falling very short on customer service, I’m grateful for the lady at the desk for her kind hospitality The issue was the other two attendants at the water that were not helpful at all. The unfriendliness aside I think it’s reckless that they would have just let us go on to the water without the most minimal demonstration. Even after sharing it was my first time on a paddle board, I would have expected a brief tutorial or sharing a map of the harbor etc. I understand this isn’t an aquatic educational facility, but I would have appreciated a little more assistance. I left feeling like it was simply a transactional exchange which took away from my excitement of a memorable day. I hope they don’t keep treating their customers like they did to me. Especially because once I was on my own, it truly was beautiful I even got to see a dolphin and some sea lions. I’d recommend bringing a waterproof time piece to keep track of the time (they charge by the hour) so overall it was pleasant but I didn’t feel welcome to return
