If you are interested in all with visiting the Channel Islands this visitors center is a great introduction to the islands, their history, and what they have to offer. The visitors center has a small exhibit area with a few live cameras to watch on the island, an interactive tide pool exhibit, maps of the island, a small theater to watch informational videos, and a gift shop (of course). There is a tower you can climb to take in the view of the ocean and on a good day you can see one of the islands out in the distance. There is also a neat native garden outside the building that has some cute art. One note, you can park for free along the driveway on the way to center.

An absolutely fantastic place to get your National Parks stamps, get souvenirs, and chat with friendly staff. It has a creatively designed aquarium that represents local flora and fauna. Make sure to visit the tower it has fun stairs with images of fishes as you walk up. There’s also great food spot right next to it.
