This SAMLARC park at 23082 Avenida Empresa has shaded playground structures, a picnic shelter and views of the foothills. The 0.86-mile dirt Bluff Top Trail starts behind the park and connects to the 0.73-mile paved Mesa Linda Trail. RSM parks are privately owned by the SAMLARC homeowners association; the city says most are open to the general public, but SAMLARC's guidelines reserve its facilities for residents and guests, and picnic-shelter permits go to residents only.
