The city calls this Orange County's largest free skatepark, though entry needs paperwork and a small fee. Every skater needs a waiver and membership form for the calendar year, signed in person by a legal guardian. A helmet, knee pads and elbow pads are required at all times, kids under 8 must have a guardian with them, and the park runs summer skate camps and birthday parties.
