In summer, Laguna's artist-run outdoor festival fills a wooded canyon village with booths, artists working live, drop-in art classes, three music stages and food stands. OC residents get in free on set days (each city has an assigned 1st/3rd Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday; Laguna Beach residents every Thursday), and LA, San Diego and Inland Empire residents each get two free Sundays. Strollers struggle on the sawdust paths, and the summer 2027 dates aren't posted yet.
