This big, flat, grassy park above the harbor has a playground, restrooms, bocce, barbecues and pine-tree shade, plus one of the best harbor views in town. It hosts the Festival of Whales carnival each March. A city refresh plan is going through council (staff report Oct 6, 2026), so check for construction fencing before you go.
