Would easily be a 4 or 5 star rating if it wasn’t so expensive to get in (almost 150). I got in free, three got student discounts, and 2 were full price. Little sticker shock at the amount due when paying. Other than sticker shock it was a great experience. Tons of aircraft covering the progress of air and space travel. Enjoyed all of the displays and the “popup” Ripley’s displays they had out. Watched the 4D movies, pretty cheesy. They were probably cool 10 years ago they should update the shows with some of that entrance fee money! Overall very cool, lots of cool aircraft, just a bit expensive.

WOW! There is so much to see and do here. This museum took me by surprise. I absolutely loved the experience here. There is so much to see, do and look at. There was alot of reading material and short videos that we absolutely loved. This is definitely a must see in Balboa park. This may have been my favourite of the 4 pack museum tour package we purchased. We highly recommend coming to check the Air and space museum out !
