The mountain side of Cabrillo Blvd has the shipwreck-themed playground (ages 2–12), fountains, a lagoon and restrooms. The ocean side is a palm-lined lawn and bike path running to East Beach. The old Carousel House is now an event venue, so there is no carousel.
