The city-run Goleta Valley Library is closed for construction at 500 N. Fairview. Until it reopens, it serves patrons from 'GVL Express' at 6500 Hollister Ave, Suite 105. The small space holds only 35 people at a time, so expect brief waits at busy times. Storytimes have moved outdoors to parks such as Stow Grove, Evergreen and the Goleta Community Center (Baby & Me and Wiggly Storytime), so check the calendar for the week's locations.
