An eight-acre city-owned piece of El Estero, one of Southern California's rare remaining salt marshes, with easy walking trails and interpretive signs for a self-guided loop. It is a good bird-watching stop for school-age kids, and it is a short walk from the Ash Avenue end of the city beach. Dogs and bikes are not allowed because the habitat is sensitive.
