The Los Cerritos Wetlands Land Trust leads a free monthly guided nature walk through the wetlands on the Long Beach–Seal Beach line, a good early-morning outing for bird-curious kids. RSVP on Eventbrite to get the meeting spot. The trust also runs occasional kayak trips in the fall.
