UPDATE: I had 2 events here back-to-back; both times we had issues with the staff. 1st party it took forever for water to come out... my guests were THIRSTY (it was a HOT day) I was anxious & mortified they had to wait so long. They dropped a tray of my daughters' custom cupcakes & the worker said the table did it. No joke... the table moved & they fell was her story to me. What several of my guests witnessed was she herself bumped into the table & bumped them off the stand. She was one of the nicer ones just I did not appreciate the dishonesty. I noticed they are quick to offer the photos for free as a "recoil"... photos are not the best... you'd think they'd have better cameras for the dark since they are a GLOW in the dark venue but many are blurry, dark.. nothing super special. Maybe a few descent ones so, bring your camera if that's important to you/take photos in areas where the lights are on. Anyways, I brought my own glow in the dark stuff for the kids.. they said they'd pass them out. I thought oh, that's nice of them but later came to realize they barely did. When we got home, we found a box with nearly the entire stash I purchased still there. I was so angry, what a waste. It didn't dawn on me to check as I was running around so, I didn't see the kids much in the actual glow room if they had the stuff or not. I would have been ok passing them out myself if they would NOT had told me, "We'll take care of it". 2nd party I passed out my own glow in the dark stuff since I learned from the 1st & stayed on top of it to make sure my guests had water & the cases not just sit under a table. The person assisting us for this one ruined our themed tablecloths & table skirts.. blamed it saying it was too heavy. It wasn't. I had to ask him to leave our stuff alone & we will do it ourselves. He was basically like whatever & walked away, then my friend & I fixed the table skirt with no issues but unfortunately it was already ruined/torn from whatever the worker did. 1st party the person did great with them but different staff. Anyways, it goes on... they could not get the tv to work, someone else's photos were on the screen. Then the one that caused the most issues: my daughter had a custom cake topper ordered from Etsy that they misplaced. It was never found but they offered to replace it. They ordered the 1st one but spelled her name wrong. I had to chase them around for updates & to find out what's going on. 2nd topper ordered correct spelling but arrived broken. This is where the issue escalated. I began to get ignored & then was blocked. I later came to find out they were basically assumed/accused me of breaking the cake topper even though I provided photos of how it was delivered (box & everything). My multiple emails to the owner, ignored. The number I would usually call from to get updates had a busy signal for hours.. then days & it dawned on me to try from a different one & it rang right away. They blocked both my and my husband's cell & work #'s for something that was not our fault. This was so disheartening & what triggered me to write the initial negative post. My kids love this place & we were going to let it all go as no big deal but blocking a customer with unresolved issues is so unprofessional. We ended up calling the owner from a number they had not blocked yet & she was willing to speak to us. She was nice & we were able to come to a resolution which is the reason why I will be changing my review from 1 to 4 simply because I appreciate the owner's willingness to salvage the situation, apologize for blocking us & honestly as frustrating as it was to deal with this issue all the kids loved this place so, it's unrealistic to say our experience was 1 star. All the kids had a blast. Most staff were "nice", but to be honest the rude ones stand out as frustrating to work with. I wholeheartedly appreciate the owner's responsiveness. I don't know if the staff is just disorganized, burned out, tired or just bad training? I'm not sure.. but the venue is fun, great for kids, safe, enclosed & I love the privacy.

We went here for our friend's son's birthday party and had a blast! The facility was super clean and well-organized. I really liked the setup with two different rooms/stations and the efficient time/rotation schedule. The bouncers were both very safe and clean. Even the birthday party room was spotless at the end! Also, thank you for being so gracious and happily providing the glow sticks when we asked. Your customer-oriented service is wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Came here for a birthday party and not only did our kids have a wonderful time, but the parents did as well. The place is clean, the staff is well organized, and the customer service was above expectations. We will be returning soon.
