  Redwood Grove is a fun little hidden gem if you’re looking for an easy, family-friendly hike with something unique at the end. One tip before you go: don’t navigate to “Redwood Grove” on Google Maps. It’ll likely take you to the wrong place. Instead, search for Carbon Canyon Regional Park South Parking Lot and park in Lot A. That’s the easiest starting point for the trail that leads to the actual redwood grove. The hike itself is short, flat, and very easy, making it perfect for families with young kids. Once you reach the grove, you’ll immediately notice how much cooler it feels. The shade from the towering redwoods creates a nice breeze, and there’s a noticeable drop in temperature compared to the rest of the trail. The grove isn’t huge, so don’t expect to spend hours there, but it’s a beautiful spot to slow down, take a break, and snap a few photos or videos. If you’re already in Orange County and want an easy nature walk with a unique payoff, it’s definitely worth checking out.
