Free Chamber of Commerce concerts at the foot of the pier. Facing the ocean, the stage side (left) fills first, and the right side is roomier, with kids and dogs playing between blankets. You can't leave chairs or blankets unattended before 4pm, umbrellas come down before showtime, there are no food trucks, and curbside parking on Ocean Ave. needs a concert pass.
