The trailhead parking area at the top of the Cove (Avenida Bermudas & Calle Tecate), with picnic tables. It is the start of the Cove to Lake Cahuilla and Boo Hoff trails. These trails are rocky and unshaded. With kids, plan a short out-and-back on a cool morning rather than the full routes. The city's printable trail map shows the options.
